Cost:

Option 1: initial fee of 400mil and infinite assistance for that war (you must pay before fighting begins)

Option 2: free assistance but 40mil a kill against enemy corp (must be paid as soon as possible per kill)

Option 3: free assistance but 10 mil a kill per frigate, 20mil a kill per cruiser, 40mil a kill per BC, 60 mil a kill against BS and double the price for any t2 version of those classes (must be paid as soon as possible per kill)
